1. How can I know when there is something new from hülsta?

You can access the latest news on our products on any of our web pages via the link on the left of the contents section in the centre. You will be informed about more news from hülsta and on our products in our newsletter.

2. How can I find a hülsta dealer near me?

You can look for hülsta dealers near you by using the dealers search button. This directory lists all the dealers selling hülsta furniture. Please choose a country in dropdown menue.

3. Where can I get some professional advice on furnishing my home?

Under Service > design advice you will find information regarding the hülsta-design advice. Our dealerships, which you can find under "find a dealer near you" are happy to advise you.

4. Why can I not buy any furniture on the hülsta website?

We only sell our products via qualified furniture dealers to ensure you get the best possible advice. This helps us to avoid unnecessary problems and to ensure that you will enjoy using your hülsta furniture for a long time.

5. Why are there no prices stated with the products?

Willingly we can state recommended retail prices for hülsta products. But the dealer is the person responsible for the final price statement.

 

6. Where and how can I get the hülsta catalogues?

The hülsta catalogues, prospectuses and books can be obtained directly from our website using the order catalogues menu.

7. How long will it take before the catalogues I ordered arrive at my house?

As a rule, the catalogues will arrive at your home within 2 - 3 (working) days.

8. What can I do if I receive an incorrect or incomplete catalogue delivery?

There can be various reasons why a catalogue is not correctly delivered from time to time. In such a case please inform our information service under this telephone number: +49 2563 86 12 73 or by e-mail to info@huelsta.de.

9. What happens to my personal data when I provide it on the hülsta website?

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and would like you to feel safe when you visit the hülsta website. Please read our declaration on data protection.

10. How can I be sure that my data is later deleted by hülsta?

If you would like hülsta to delete your data, please inform us in brief using the contact form.

11. Where can I find detailed information on hülsta products (materials, dimensions, etc.)?

12. Why can I not watch a range video?

The range videos are saved in a flash video format (FLV). In order to be able to watch such a video, you must have this plug-in installed on your computer. You can download it free of charge from ADOBE .

13. How can I find out, whether a product I have bought in the past is currently still being manufactured?

hűlsta does not sell directly but exclusively through selected furniture stores. Therefore you - as end user - remain anonymous to us. However, if you register with us be sending an e-mail to huelsta@huelsta.de, you will automatically be informed about any of our discontinued products.
